Does anybody else hate these e-juice bottles that have the squishy suction tops on them? I just about spilled an entire fresh 30ml bottle of e-liquid because I forgot I left the cap open. Yeah, yeah shame on me for forgetting to lock it down, but having to lock it down and open it everytime I want to re-drip is so annoying. This just about ruined my afternoon.

I don't know what it is about these bottles, but this is the third time I've dropped one of these bottles. Luckily the other two were near empty, but it's still upsetting to see e-liquid soak into your carpet. It's gotten so bad that I've been transferring all the liquid in these bottles into old nipple-top bottles - those are way more idiot proof lol.

Please tell me I'm not the only one that's clumsy enough to do this more than once.

Now pardon me while I clean $22 off my carpet...

And it never fails that you lose a dro or two on the trip from the bottle to the atty! I don't like them either. They will probably have to quit using them if childproof tops are mandated.

Yeah, that's another pet peeve of mine about these bottles lol. And the bottle I spilled actually had a childproof lock on it. Makes it even more inconvenient to drip lol

$22 owch lol. if i spilled 30ml it would cost me around €1

I keep my liquids in syringes

DIY I assume? If not, I may have to switch to your vendor! lol.

But yeah, something about spending this much on juice only to throw it away on a paper towel makes me want to start making my own e-liquid.

I upended a brand new bottle (filled one tank) of Fluffy Cake all over my kitchen counter. Apparently I hadn't put the cap on tightly and came home from getting groceries, dumped a couple of bags on the counter and knocked it over. Didn't notice it until my whole kitchen smelled like Fluffy Cake and I hadn't been baking. And yes, $22 of one of my favorite juices gone in a flash.:(

I've have had a few Fat Finger Moments when doing DIY or Filling up a Clearo. I think Everyone has.

But something I learned the Hard Way was to Always do DIY (or to Fill when Possible) Over a Oven Sheet Pan.

I have this 18" -x- 12" Small Lipped SS Pan that I do All my DIY on. I once saw a 120ml Bottle of Nicotine Base fall over on it's own.

I didn't Panic. I just Up Righted it. Removed everything from the Path of the widening Chemical Spill. And then over Another Pan, Pour the Spill back into the Original Bottle. Hardly Lost anything.

And Much Better then the 1st Time this Happened. And a Big Time Saver over refinishing the Surface of my Kitchenn Table.

I hate the glass bottles myself, see so many asking vendors for glass bottles, but they are a damn pain, if your lucky to get dripper, they never go to the bottom of the bottle, and if don't have a dripper, then have to use syringe. I had a glass bottle a few weeks back and did have a dripper with it, so was using it on a dripping atty, I took the dripper out of the bottle and knocked the bottle over as I did, a normal plastic bottle wouldn't of mattered, would of maybe lost a drop or 2, but because it was a glass bottle, wide open and 20mils of juice came flooding out. Since then, I now empty the glass bottles into spare plastic bottles.

I always thought it would be Nice if Vendors would give Buyers a Choice of what type of Bottle they Want.

If they can have a Drop Down Menu for things like Nicotine Level or PG to VG Ratio, why not give people a Choice on Bottle also. Like...

    Plastic Bottle
    Plastic Bottle w/ Child Cap.
    Glass Bottle
    Glass Bottle w/ Child Cap
    Glass Bottle w/ Dropper Cap

Can you post a pic of the bottle in question? I don't think I've seen the squishy topped ones.

    Yup! These:

Sorry for the poor description lol, I forget what these things are actually called so "squishy suction tops" came to mind lol.

You should get a Reo Grand, you'll never drip again with a 6ML bottle on board that you can bottom feed from. :)

I think about it more and more as I deal with the inconveniences of not having one lol

Almost happened to me once. I like "tools"

Look thru my blogs and see my solutions... Easy and cheap - but effective.

Interesting! A lot of my favorite flavors now come in these types of bottles so I may have to try some of your methods out to prevent from knocking over anymore bottles.

In other news, I just dropped another open bottle while moving all my juices back to the "vape station". Luckily the bottle was already empty... I honestly don't know what these bottles have against me.

I honestly think the USA must be behind the curve here. Every bottle I have bought locally in the UK has come with a child-proof cap, a dripper tip and a tactile poison warning label. Only around 50% of the ones from the USA have child-proof caps and dripper tips and the rest are just bottles with screw-on lids and open mouths. One of them has a squashy dripper. One in particular has such a wide mouth that it would empty in a second if tipped over.

None of them have tactile labels, that might be down to EU regulations, but none of them have a textual warning about poison either, just "keep out of reach of children and pets," and that's only around half of them. The rest say nothing about toxicity at all. Nicquid warns of trace amounts of peanuts, but not nicotine toxicity.

The best of the best is this UK one from Liberty Flights.

That is how it should be done.

Now I am curious. I ordered two Suicide Bunny juices and they arrived as just bottles of juice--no way to get the juice from bottle to tank. I happened to have some syringes because I have had sick dogs, LOL, so I can manage. Does anyone know if all Suicide Bunny juices come that way? Seems dumb to me (and even more dumb since the juice is so expensive).
