Just the tip

I've read/searched for "soft tips" but can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I started with the OEM chrome tip that came with my GS Air tank but had to buy a plastic tip because the inside of my upper lip kept getting hit or pinched between the metal tip and my teeth when I walk. The plastic tip does the same thing so now I'm wondering if anyone would know if there would be any health type issues with silicone tips (No, that was not a typo) I'm thinking of using silicone caulk to cast a tip from a mold.
I have made a few items in the past using a mold filled with silicone caulk and it has always worked, just never tried anything like a tip that would be placed in my mouth. I did find a silicone lid or cap for a certain tank and cut the top off to make a tube, it worked OK but too much spit and crap built up between the silicone and the tip, so I scrapped it.
Any thoughts/ideas/concerns?

I saw some inexpensive rubber/silicone drip tips at my local vape shop. They were about $3, girl at the counter said she likes them, can even chew on them. You might try a few local vape stores. Found 208 silicone drip tips at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

No, don't!!! LOL...You pinch that lip enough times, it'll be like a cold sore! I think I want the glow in the dark tips....lol...or I can get a variety color pack to match my tanks ( some of us girls are like that).

I'm a bit .... with most things, I built a stand for my iStick (black on silver) and had to have the stand match (silver on black) the plastic tip I bought was black and white, only because I couldn't find black and silver, I can't color coordinated my clothes but dammit my setup better match lol, Oh... and did I mention, I'm a guy!

My hubby is rather amused that my OCD matchy matchy thing has extended into my vaping gear. He won't dare make fun of m, though, because he's so happy I finally quit. He was a first row spectator during my pill to stop smoking phase. He actually went and bought me a pack the second day. Little did he know, I'd beat him to the punch line.

My hubby is rather amused that my OCD matchy matchy thing has extended into my vaping gear. He won't dare make fun of m, though, because he's so happy I finally quit.
