Ok so i just got my RN4081 passthrough and its great the thing kicks like a mule and sends out so much vapour i have to blow it out to the side so i can still see the tv!! lol
just want to double check with someone who is more electrically minded though this is the right wall adapter to use as i would rather plug it in than kick my laptops .... all day.

OK Bobnot;

It's rated for 1amp. Should be OK. I have a 12v auto adapter that's rated for 850mA. It's lower than what I would like, but runs my passthrough OK. I'd recommend higher than that that though. I just found one at my local pharmacy that's rated for 3amps. It does a fine job, so my smaller one is in the box for back-up.

Where did you get your passthrough? I am having a time trying to find one.
i got mine here for £14.99 with free delivery to the uk (its only £1.90 delivery to the us if thats where you hail from)it uses good thick cable too that seems like it will last longer than a lot that use thinner cable and has a 1 year guarantee.

im impressed by this site i think the guy that runs it makes a lot of this stuff his self he also has torch mods on there for £22 that you can use with an RN4081 atomiser plus a multi voltage mod which can do either 3.7v or 6v for £39.99 bargain! thats my next purchase.

edit:the multi volt mod is out of stock at the moment but the passthroughs are in stock.
