Just upgraded my vape, have questions!

Hi all! Quick intro: I have been a pretty light/social cigarette smoker for about a year. I was smoking enough that I started to feel like I should find an alternative. So I bought a Greensmoke starter kit. It helped a bit and opened my eyes to the idea of vaping. I'm smoking less but sometimes I still really want a cigarette. Sooo, time to spend more money!

Just ordered a VaporFi Pro Starter Kit and a sampler 3-pack of e-liquid (Sahara Gold Tobacco, Heavenly Clove, and Mighty Menthol). It should arrive in the mail soon. Also bought two 1/2 ounce bottles of e-liquid from Virgin Vapor (Mint Tingle and Best Damn Tobacco).

So I'm all excited about this new world of e-liquid, but I am realizing something... The flavor of the last liquid will linger in the cartomizer/clearomizer. I like switching it up with liquids, what is the best way to go about it? Clean the carto/clearo and replace the atomizer? Or just buy a bunch of different clearomizers for different flavors? And how do I go about cleaning the clearomizer? Want the easiest but also most cost effective option for my setup.

Also, VaporFi PRO-L replacement atomizer heads come in three "sizes," which I think means resistance? Anyway, I don't know which one to order: 1.8-2.0, 2.1-2.3, or 2.4-2.6.

Also looking for e-liquid recommendations! I love the throat hit from an analog cigarette, but I HATE throat hit from vapor. I think it's a super different sensation. So low throat hit is a bonus. And of course a healthy and safe company.

Thanks for all your help!

The best and most convenient solution to the tank/flavor issue is to have different tanks for different flavors. It's much easier to just change tanks/flavors than to empty a single tank, clean it, and add another flavor. Perhaps not cost effective initially, but so much more convenient. By the way, its extremely difficult to "clean" a cartomizer; the polyfill always will have a remnant of the initial flavor.

Coil resistance: lower numbers are lower resistance and will provide a warmer vape. Higher numbers are a higher resistance and will provide a cooler vape. Since you are seeking a smoother vape with less throat hit, choose a higher resistance coil.

I happen to like many of the flavors from Virgin Vapor, but like all e-liquid vendors, I don't like ALL of their flavors. I've yet to come across a manufacturer/vendor whom I liked All of the flavors. Everyone's taste palate is different, so there's really not much point to tell you which ones I like.

A good thing about ordering directly from Virgin Vapors is you can choose the Pg/Vg ratio. Pg provides some throat hit, but less so than nicotine concentration. Vg provides for vapor production. If looking for less throat hit, consider less nicotine or less Pg.
