Hi all, I've been using an ego for a while and just got a rough stack maxi. just wondering at 3.7 volts what cartos are gonna give the best vape. thanks

Go with the dual coils (boge or smoketech). People here love 'em. I didn't like 'em. But I get the impression I'm a minority on this topic.

Boge 2.0 ohm cartos are still my favorite. Dual coils are not bad either. I prefer Boge 2.0 ohm because they're cheaper & very consistent.

Lower resistance = warmer vape (I think that's what it does).

The good thing about cartos is that they're relatively inexpensive. Order a couple of different ohm'ages and see which you like?

Nice choice on the roughstack! I have one too and it is spectacular.

Atty/carto choice is largely personal preference, and on what type of juice you're using. At 3.7v, you should be looking for something between 1.7-2.8 ohms.

I typically use attys because I prefer to drip (or dip with a 306), but I've had some nice vapes with Royalsmokers E2 R4 cartos (2.4-2.6 ohms) and CE2 "clearomizers" (also 2.4-2.6 ohms).
