Welcome to ECF. Just jump right in and get started. You will find it is easier than you realize. Some quit the stinkies the day they start, others take a few weeks, but it can be done. Good luck and I say the sooner you start the better. Lots of great info and awesome people here that will be glad to answer your questions....just ask
