Just got off the phone with Wizard Labs, after receiving my order this morning.

Due to a simple mistake, (not even sure on which side), I received the wrong item. Not an insignificant priced item either. After speaking with them they are sending me the correct order and flatly refused my request to send the original item back to them. I asked several times to send it back as it is the right thing to do but they wouldn't have it. I have heard good things about Wizard Labs (WL) which is the reason I waited until their move was over before ordering, but this is far beyond what I expect from a good vendor. This places them in the category of "great" vendor in my book.

I remember when COV sent me a GGTS that I didn't pay for in my order of cartos. 8)

I called an offered to pay for it--- after I tried it out, lol.

What? Seriously? Holy crap! Yeah, Wizard Labs is the best when it comes to DIY, their nic base, PG/VG, etc is very pure, and they have an excellent selection at great prices. And he's a top rate guy, excellent customer service.

I absolutely understand why they wouldn't want it back.

Let's say they sent you a half liter of nicotine extract. That's what? $100-$120?

Not once it leaves their control. Who's to say you didn't carefully break the seal, inject some sorta nastiness into the extract, and then try to send it back?

Why would someone know this? I dunno. Same reason someone would poison Tylenol back in the day. Can't really say why they would do it, but it happens.

At a certain point, it's not worth the risk or the effort to make sure the item is in pristine and safe condition. Cheaper in the long run to just let a happy customer keep it as a freebie and write it off as loss.

Thank you for not sending it back! Instead of WL having to open your package, inspect the item, log it, and place it back into inventory, they will be using that time in fulfilling my order.

That's as good a reason as any. :)

Although.......

Sad but true. That is why I never even opened the box once I saw on the paperwork that it was the wrong item. Maybe that is exactly the reason they did not want it back but I know that I will be purchasing everything I need in the future if they have it. It's a real shame you can hardly trust people these days.

You planning on selling it? :)

Maybe some of it. Later. Gotta think about that. (see above) I would have to break it down into smaller increments which is why I bought all those bottles. Sheesh, now I need another batch of bottles with the associated HIGH shipping cost. Woe is me...:)

Yep, they just shipped my order (ordered on the 8th) in the midst of the massive confusion of a move and a huge jump in demand for their Nic base due to fears of the FDA, I can't fault them. I think I've found a steady vendor.

Yeah I ordered mine on the 6th about an hour after they reopened. Just happened to check the site then. Well, I have at least a two year supply. Maybe four depending on how much I vape and/or waste trying new flavors. I'll be following the methods of "Kurt" the chemist as for storage, etc. so I have no problem thinking it will easily last for that length of time or longer.
