It sounds like they are legit so I think you will get the refund. It could take a couple of days. If you do not all you have to do is contact your credit card company and tell them what happened.
I would also not email that picture to anyone. I consider email to be visible by anyone who wants to read it. A few years ago it was very convenient to email confidential documents to a family member. We both got encryption software and did it that way.
