Not sure about the answer to that but I will say if you're not a Fan of Halo on Facebook you should be. They had a great sale this past Friday. 
Yeah I never used FB or Twitter before e-cigs but now use both mainly for that purpose.

I am holding off for labor day. Thanks to Thy, I'll make it. I've become a one juice vapor, it does make life easier, not having to remember what cartos have what in them. The only thing I do know is top off with 12 mg at night and retop off at 24 in the morning.
In my next life I guess I might be a dog, loyal to one master only, in this case, one type of PV and one kind of juice. LOL!!
