K101 + carto = airy hit. How to restrict airflow other than two handed technique?

My k101 wasn't producing as much vapor as my cheap passthru, just performing really lame with boge cartos. I think I figured it out, I cupped my hand around the carto to restrict airflow in thru the bottom and voila, big satisfying cloud. So... any ideas on a modification to solve this problem? I'm thinking I'd still have the same issue if i put on a cartotank. When I thread the carto in, each one wants to lean a little bit, and not screw in past 90% or so.. Any kind of adapter, collar, airflow restrictor I could buy or make?

edit: I just totally found the solution. WOW it is hitting so well.

I took a silicone carto-condom and cut the end off the make a little gasket. Then I used the silicone tube to wrap around the carto. Move the silicone tube up and down to control airflow - it works very well!!! Tutorial with pics coming soon.

Ah... I don't think you'll need a "tutorial". ;-)

Lots of folks have been doing the exact same thing with carto condoms for... a long time. Actually, some of the beauty rings you can buy for $3... they'll do the same thing as well... and some of them will fit under the carto cover that comes with the K101.
