So i recently got a kbox 120w and had a problem with the usb charging. It would show it was charging but not actually charging. So they gave me a brand new one with 2 brand new batteries and it did the same thing! Last nite they gave me a kbox 200w and im just wondering if im gonna have the same issue. Has anyone else had these issues? Is this normal? And how long should it take to charge via usb? I charged my 200 over nite and when i woke up the screen showed it still charging but it was fully charged.

In the interest of safety, you should not really recharge your batteries via the device itself. You should take them out of the device and use a proper battery charger.
Charging via the device will only charge the batteries to less than 60% and if you continue that, the battery cells will become damaged.

You need a dedicated external intelligent charger for 18650 batteries. The onboard chargers are really only for a in a pinch and need an emergency charge when your charger is not near by, so use it as little as possible. Single battery mod this is not such an issue, dual battery and more you need a charge balancing circuit on the board to handle reading each battery properly. I own the Kbox 200watt myself, tested its "Balanced Charging" onboard a few times, each time I replicated what DJLsb on Youtube stated in his review, both batteries did not reach full 4.2v charge and the outside battery was between .2 and .3v lower than the battery closest to the control board, so it is not keeping the batteries balanced. To keep them balanced and properly married you'll need to rotate them around in the mod every charge/usage cycle, but to keep them conditioned right you need at least a 2bay Nitecore i2 or D2 minimum, and a second set of married batteries.

for me I've only ever bought 1 kanger product, the toptank mini.

Only problem I had was with the RBA section. On my first try building on it, while adjusting the coil using a coil jig, the positive post came off, after trying to reinstall it I found that it has been stripped, rendering it useless.

Minor issue with the tank and prebuilt coils. Juice holes are in the middle of the coil, coil doesn't decend into the bottom, therefore you will be left with about 0.5~1ml of juice before you start getting dry hits (ie: you cannot finish your tank), unless you tilt the tank while vaping.

Are you willing to share what problems you've had, just wondering as I have had wonderful results with all my Kanger stuff so far?

sorry its taken me so long to reply i had a kbox platinum that chucked out 8volts to the atty regardless what resistance the coil was it was replaced and the replacement did exactly the same swapped for a nebox which leaked like a sieve and kept jumping into temp mode all of its own accord. so i can only comment on my own personal experience which to be honest hasn't been a very good one.
