Does anyone know if the coil for the kanger aerotank mega can be rebuilt?

It depends on which coil you have If it's the "older style" with exposed wicks, then yes you can The newer style with the enclosed wicks.......some people say they've done it......but I don't see exactly how. I have a stockpile of the older coils and rebuild mine using 29gauge kanthal and rewick with rayon. Much better than stock coils and cost pennies to rebuild
