The SVD has a spring loaded 510 connection pin, so I would guess the problem is the tank not the SVD. I don't personally have an Aerotank, but have you tried pulling the centre pin on the tank's connection out a bit if possible? That way it will make contact and fire. Try not to crank the tank on too tight, just enough to make contact. Hopefully that helps. :vapor:

Edit: you say the SVD reads no volts or do you mean it says 'non' when checking ohms? Does it actually say '0V' or just not fire?

The Aerotank doesn't have a center pin in the threaded connector. It has a flat disk thats not not adjustable. It draws air from the holes under the draw adjusting ring. I'm thinking the connection pin on the SVD may be stuck down too low to make contact. You might try removing the battery and carefully prying the pin up with a straightened paper clip.
