Drilled out the air holes on my Aerotank and it is amazing now. I highly recommend doing this. I used a number 50 drill bit

Nice! Is it the newer V2 base or the original V1 base? Did it affect the function of the control ring?

I've been on a drillin' frenzy lately. An Evod base, Mini PT2 base, Squape clone and EHPro kayfun Lite have been my latest victims.... I have two V1 Aerotank bases and was considering drilling out one of the holes to 1/16 to start with.

It was the V1 base and it did affect the ring some. I left a burr that stopped the ring from moving but I used a rat tail file and got rid of it so it spins better. Also can't completely cover holes but the whole point was more air so not an issue for me
