This is a nice starter kit!

Dangit. I'd buy one of those evod batteries if they were variable voltage.
Fixed voltage seems like a step backwards....

This is a perfect starter kit, even not so starter kit. With the lower resistance of the EVODs the fixed voltage really isn't a problem but a variable voltage would be a step up. This is pretty much what I have settled on using for now.
