I've been using a Kanger Evod for a few months and was wanting an upgrade. Would a Vision Spinner II be enough for me to notice an improvement? and if so what "tank" would you suggest to go with it?

The ability to adjust your voltage will definitely be a step-up from your current set-up. You could also look at the MVP (a small box style mod). It is a variable v/w mod with a huge 2600mah battery that can also used while you are charging.
I like using an Aerotank (regular or mini) or the mini Nautillus. Both of these are made of glass and so you can use "tank cracking" juice in them.

You can also move up to an Evod vv, if you like the flush firing button of the Evod battery over the buttons of the Vision Spinner.
I own both, like both, but have to admit that the Spinner feels more "solid" than the Evod.

I bought my second itaste MVP2 from 101Vape for $39.99, same price as SpinnerII most places. My Evod tanks work with it pretty good although I like the Nautilus Mini on there better. It comes with an iClear30 which I have not tried yet.
