Kanger ipow

Just switched over from a Joye ego twist to the Kanger ipow and couldn't be happier. Paired with an aerotank mini and it's perfect for my needs. The biggest advantage is backlit LCD shows the battery charge which was lacking in the ego twist. It didn't even have button flashes or anything to indicate the current charge. Also the LCD shows the voltage which has a better range, 3.0-5.0V rather than the ego twists 3.2-4.8V. It still uses the same bottom twist mechanism as the ego twist but you don't have to use the markings which were sometimes hard to read especially in low lighting. The build quality is good and from what I know it uses the same circuitry.
Overall I'm very impressed. Would definitely recommend if you want a high quality easy to use battery without going to a full on mod.

Hi testosterone325! I'm also from Ontario, currently retired to Lindsay.
I assume the Ipow you have is the earlier 650 mah version? If so, then you must have the eyesight of a child, meaning Great eyesight! I checked that battery out at ot my local B&M and even with my glasses I could barely read that display; its just so tiny.
I am however very interested in the new Ipow V2 which come in a capacity up to 1600 mah with VV and VW, ohms checker, and a larger display, plus a couple other nice features.
