Hi all!

I've been using the new Kbox Mini Platinum for a couple of weeks now and just recently noticed that there is a constant, quiet 'clicking' noise coming from the battery/compartment.

It's only audible when the mod is switched on but not being fired (standby mode?). As soon as I fire it - the clicking stops. It's also not audible when the mod is switched off.

I have tried two different 18650 batteries - an Efest and an Imren - but the same noise is heard.

I wondered if anyone else had experienced this with this mod or even another mod?

Cheers!
Dan

Thanks for your reply! I'm fairly certain this isn't button rattle. The clicking noise is a constant sound and can be heard when the mod is stationary - it sounds like it originates directly from the battery compartment. It's almost a buzz at times but you can only hear it when brought close to your ear. I'm going to take it into a shop today and see what they make of it!

I hear the same clicking when firing my 70 w kbox (the one with the power adjust buttons on the side). I put it away for a bit but will get it out tomorrow and chase the click. This thing has an internal LiPo in pretty sure. Odd noise it makes.
