Kanger Mini Protank 2 Leakage (help me please.)

About a month ago I bought the ego ctwist along with a kanger mini protank 2 and at first was working fine. But just yesterday I tried changing out the coil and put it together with juice and right as I start inhaling... it leaks into the tube you inhale from!!!
How can I fix this? I know everything is right.. (or so i thought)
If need be, I can post picture(s) but please specify of what.
THANK YOU. PLEASE HELP

Hello and welcome to ecf.
don't worry you did not break it. Take a tissue and hold it at the end of the tank and blow gently though the mouthpiece. The tissue will catch any liquid that will come out and clear the air supply tube.

did you screw the new head replacement(coil) in snug tight?

and yes a pic would be great.

:)

edit. Did you take the entire protank apart of just the part where you changed the coil?

Thanks for the welcome...
When you say blow gently with the tissue at the bottom do you mean at the airholes? Or where? The head is in very tight.
Its a constant leakage going into the mouthtube... like it keeps on coming out I believe.

Starting from the top. You have
1. Drip tip
2. metal piece that the drip tip sets in.
3. Tank or tube where the ejuice goes
4. Coils
5. bottom base that screws into the battery.

I am talking about number 2. When the whole thing is apart, look at the opposite side of where the drip tip fits into. You will see a ring where the tank fits down into. It is hard to see but there should be a white o-ring.

It is not there but ever since day one there has been two small rubber white bands that have came from that and I've kept them ever since... could those be it? Should I try and put one of those into where youre talking about?
Is that why its leaking into the tube under the drip tip?

Does it sound flooded when you inhale? I've had several issues with Protanks (I've had ALL of them). Might sound like a waste, but have you tried changing out the coil again? There was a time with my Kanger Protank two that a strip of 5 coils I purchased, all flooded, but when I bought one from a local shop, it worked just fine.

As soon as I take the first inhale theres no gurgling but 2 seconds into the first drag the gurgling comes and progressively gets worse

Yes put it in and try it and make sure there is one also for the bottom on the side where the bottom tank fits into. And next time you clean be careful not to lose.

Are you saying this should fix the leaking into the drip tip and the tube the drip tip is connected to?
We had to start somewhere. I have both the mini 2 and regular protank 2 and have not had any of the problems others seem to have.

So I am not sure but it can't hurt to try it. Also when you pull the trip tip off is there a white o-ring on the drip tip itself? There should be one there also. the o-rings do two things. One, it helps keep the ejuice in the tanks and 2. it helps to produce a sort of a stabalization of pressure and/or vacuum so that the liquid goes where it needs to.
Gurgling sounds like flooding so maybe the pressure is not stable.

Also, if the ejuice is above the center whole where the head stem screws into it will go in the air shaft, which is why I initially told you to blow it out of the tube by holding the tissue at the bottom of the whole put together piece and blow out the excess. If you filled it to the threads it is too high.

On my coil, the long piece that sticks out came with a rubber piece slid onto the long piece, should that be there?

Yes that helps prevent too much juice flowing into the coil and flooding the air chamber.

I suggest watching a YouTube video showing ProTank disassembly/filling instructions.
