My Kanger Mt3 clearomizer has a leaking problem as well. I know it is leaking from the center as the juice will collect in the positive connection area of the battery. I cannot isolate the problem to the wick or the seal between the coil head and the center tube of the clearomizer. It is odd that it will not leak for a period of time, and then for some unknown reason, I get the gurgling and find that it has leaked.

I have adjusted ("fluffed") the wick and the seals, but nothing seems to work long term - always getting a leak eventually.

A lot of people have this issue with just about every type of clearo out there

My personal experience leans more toward a coil getting old (and gunked up) and not vaporizing efficiently which allows the unvaporized eliquid to collect below the coil and leak down into the battery connector

Now with fairly fresh atomizer heads if the clearo is laid on its side when it is half full or less the vacuum inside is not sufficient to keep it from wicking continuously (if one side of the wick is in the air space)

Hope this helps

My opionion only. Reasons for leaks on bcc clearos.

1) main reason : flavor wicks not thick enough or out of position.
If it's not thick enough, it leaks after a while. Sometimes it doesn't leak for maybe a tank or so and then all of a sudden,it starts leaking. This may be due to flavor wicks "moving" out of position when you draw on the clearo, or when the flavor wicks get gunked up.

2) if you're using cotton as the MAIN wicks, it's trial and error before you find the right amount to use. Too thin, and it floods. Too thick and you'll get dry cotton hits.

Summary : floods after short while= 1) check postition and thickness of flavor wicks. 2) check if main wick is too loose from coil.

Floods after some time = flavor wicks gunked up or out of postion.

I use the mt3 as my everyday clearo and find the best compromise/setup is a 1/16" micrcoil with cotton as main wick and 2mm ekowool as flavor wick. No leaks.

For better flavor, you might try the same setup WITHOUT flavor wicks, but with a denser main cotton wicks. Unfortunately, I had spitbacks from it which caused sores on my tongue. You might have a different experience.

Experiment and play around with different coils and wicks to find one that suits you.
