I have a few questions regarding this MT3...

1...is this Clearomzer reusable forever (or a very long time), as long as I change the bottom coil?..if not, how long (ball park for a pack a day average smoker) should it last, 4-8 weeks?

2...should I take the bottom coil out weekly and rinse the clearomizer weekly with hot water to clean it?..

3...when do U change the bottom coil, when it doesn't heat or things taste burnt?

4..is it an easy fill, or do I need a needle top or can I fill right from the bottle carefully not to cover the center hole?

5..I've read to unscrew the base to relace the coil, but do I need to unscrew the base coil to also fill it, or are there 2 different bottom bases that are unscrewed to fill it?

I've read about 8-10 hours the past few days here and have ordered online this MT3 and some replacement coils but have not received it yet...I've spoken and purchased some liquid and a disposable (2-4 weeks) clearomizer from a local shop but they have no brand names on them, but he did refer to a T3 tank that lasts 6-9 weeks with a weekly wash and a top coil replacement but its not a bottom coil MT3 that he sells..in fact he isn't appear to be real savy on the terminolgy or various brands mentioned here...so I figured I'd ask you all, who all seem more knowlegeable than the local shop..thanks in advance for any help and info provided..

Answers to your questions are:
1) Will last as long as the seals on the bottom will last which should be a VERY long time, as long as you aren't using a juice that will crack the plastic or drop it and break off the tip.

2) Wouldn't hurt. I tend to rinse mine out every time I fill just to get the previous flavor out. If you are using the same flavor perhaps once a week would be sufficient.

3) Either the coil will die (hasn't happend to me yet). Or the coil will get covered with grime. You can take the top off the coil and the extra wicks off and dry burn it to get the crap off of it just make sure you don't loose the wicks, they are very small on the T3.

4). It is easy enough to fill with a bottle, just hold the bottle against the side of it and let it flow down. You will probably get a drop of condensate out of the tip when you are filling it, all these bottom coils tend to do that in my experience. Nothing to worry about.

5). There are 2 sets of threads. The head screws into the base, and the base screws on to the tank. So if you are just filling there is only one thing to take off. If you are taking off the head, then there are 2.

As far as I know the T3/MT3 is only a bottom coil made by Kanger. The guy at your local shop perhaps meant CE3 style tank?

Thanks guys....I believe that pretty much answers most of it...sometimes we tend to overthink things, which maybe I did...I appreciate your replies...

I am still a lil confused when U mentioned unscrewing the head, and there are 2 sets of threads...I presume by the "head", you are referring to the mouthpiece....Its my understanding that the MT3 has a fixed mouthpiece to the top of the MT3 and it is a bottom filled clearomizer... are you referring to the head as something else other than the mouthpiece?..and there are 2 sets of threads at the bottom?

The "head" is the atomizer head, not the mouthpiece.

Here is a video that will give you a better idea of how the MT3 is built.

Thanks...I see its extremely simple, and the head is the base with the replacement coil/heater/wick/atomizer..so basically yopu simply unscrew the base, tilt and fill it up with a needle pin bottle or without (if U have a steady hand and great eyes) not to cover the center hole...screw the head/base back on to the MT3 clearomizer, and then screw it back on to your battery and you are all ready...

all your replies and the video have been extremely helpful..thanks again

BTW spaceball, I love your avatar with Jack Nicholsen..here's Johnny"...hahahaha

Just got one of these yesterday. And the first draw tasted great..then comes the burnt taste and it was nasty! So after reading every thread I could find I start fiddling around with it. I ended up taking all 3 seals off and pulling out the wick a tiny bit and low and behold..plums of vapor and taste was great. But I was anticipating it to leak...and it didn't. Two days going strong. Anyone else having a burnt taste and what did you do to resolve it?
