So I cleaned my kanger .mt3s and pt 2 coil heads at the same time, placed them on a paper towel to dry and can't tell the difference between them now both are 1.8 ohms. I know if I put the m3ts head in the pt it will be ok but what if I put the pt head in the .mt3s as I've read its not compatible? What will happen and would it be an easier solution to just put them aside to use in my pt that way I don't make the mistake of putting the pt head in the .mt3s? Thanks!

Thanks! When looking at the flange I can clearly see the difference in sizes between the two. When buying future coil heads I think I will just buy the .mt3s heads i that way I can use them for both the .mt3s and pt2

Please don't do that. They have a different sized skirt for a reason.

Buy both.... and use the proper one. A thinner based coil head (T3, MT3) will encourage leaking on a Protank or EVOD.

Based on everything I've read about compatibility, the T3S/MT3S head work into eh eVod/protank with no issues.

OK. :)

What can I add? I own all these tanks. (Yup, every last one....) It didn't go so well for me.

Maybe I just got unlucky and put some general leaking issues down to the coil.

.....let us know how you get on. :)
