My protank did not come with a beauty ring and everyone seems to be out of stock. I like using a lanyard when vaping and without the beauty ring it wobbles around too much. Does anyone know a trusted vendor who sells the protank with a beauty ring or have an extra one to spare?

Perhaps you purchased a PT 2 clone. They all come nicely packaged. Nice Herteris is sending you one. Discount Vapors sells them as does most Kanger dealers.
I purchased it from myvaporstore and they seem to be very legit. Do they sell Kanger knock offs?
I looked and I would say Kanger simply omitted your beauty ring. They are legit.
