Kanger ProTank won't fire on my Provari or Zmax

Yeah, I just picked up a new Protank today and filled her up with juice, and it will not fire on either my Provari or Zmax.

Finally got it to fire up on an old Ego Twist. But I tried both heads, and everything, and the ting just will not fire on Provari or Zmax. I think that maybe it doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the connection or something, but I don't know. It works on the old twist.

Anyone else have similar problems ?

Slightly pull down the Protank center pin. They are good for not reaching the batteries center contact. Simple fix.

Pull Just the pin, not the silicone sleeve it sits in. 1mm or less.

My buddy can't get a Protank II to fire on his 134 either. I'll try out the center pin pull.
