I have read from others and just found out first hand that some of the issues pertaining to the sub tank mini are due to bent shafts going from drip tip into coil inside the tank. Mine came bent straight out of the original packaging from kanger. If you notice any restriction while screwing the airflow base onto the glass upper piece then I am pretty sure you are experiencing major leakage as I am. The fluid is passing around the stem and top of coil and going straight to the air control valve and all over your mods. Very poor design that kanger has come up with this time. Seems like they are going into regression instead of progression. Fed up with kanger at this point.

I completely understand that mass production theory, but when researching my problem it seems that there are quite a few people having the same issue. Just trying to help others understand what "could "be happening to them as well. Kanger might need to invest more in their QA department, a simple QA inspection would have caught that defect real quick. My " OPINION " is that the new sub tank is a poor design in many ways. And yes I did contact the company who sent it to me for a replacement tank.

Ive only had one defective Kanger product, and Ive been buying stuff they designed since the original protank...that was a Kbox whose fire functioning was iffy. I didnt say god Kanger must make these mods like this, I wrote them and said this mod is defective, sent it back and they sent me a new one that didnt malfunction. Malfunctions ae an eventuality when producing products on this scale. I dont think you finding threads of other people whose tanks had a similar flaw to yours is evidence of bad design or that everybody's is like that, its just evidence that people whose tanks have a flaw are going to post about it to figure out why its happening or to vent like you just did.

I contacted the seller of the kanger sub box mini starter kit and they have no problem replacing it because they have had "PLENTY" of people returning for the same reason. To those who think I am completely bashing kanger are wrong, if you look or even have one of the new sub tanks will eventually get tired of having juice all over you and your mod. Like I had said mabey they need help in the QA department. Not to mention all the post I read about people having them leak all over them, most complain about them burning the crap out of their lips and tanks spitting juice all in their mouths. But I guess if you like drinking ejuice and burning your lips and bathing in ejuice then Kanger is the perfect tank for you. My original post was to help people understand some of the leaking issues that I have encountered. Sorry some of you got .... hurt thinkin Kanger is FLAWLESS. Hope my original post will help people.
