You should check the o-ring, the o-ring at the bottom of the coil and the o-ring inside the top cap of RBA section.
I was about to give up on my kanger tanks mod my kanger by the don u tube i tried pancake up and down ohms i use a twisted 26 wire .3 build chain vape 80 vg till the tank runs dry 28 watts no problem no more dry hits as far as leaking after modified bace never did that new RBA from kanger us under 10. And plus bace dual air intake is available now mini has gone to better air flow as well i posted video on kanger webb page my new kanger plus 34 watts no leeks mod my kanger by the don not for every one but darn sure for me do not want to mis lead the mod works great with any coil build just opens up more things to try and thats why i got kanger sub tanks in the first place RBA try new stuff

Until i did the mod all i got was dry hits above 18 watts i was not sure at first but so glade i did you might want to check the pin in the center of the RBA they come lose when new siled tooth pick in air holes snug dont over do it but when its lose they leak all the time i have never had any problems with my orings and on my third 1000 mil bottle of vg
Sorry can't help to much because mine doesn't leak at all... In fact I have never had a leak with whatever build that I throw at it.
Maybe check what Brian said... I had my center pin loose at the beginning but I've tightened it up at the first time I got it.
My problem is juice spitting back ... It is consistently spitting juice back at me with whatever build I throw at it. Tried the pre-made coil and it also spits back like hell... O that darn hot juice.
It helps if I fire it for 3-5 secs without sucking it... But after 5 puffs, hot juices back in my mouth...
As for dry hit, as long as I remain up to 25 watts at 0.5 build, it won't burn the cotton. After 2 days I will have to re wick... Cotton got blackened on the areas that touch the coil, coil got gunked and flavor became a bit mutter compared to fresh wick

I drilled mine out as well. It wouldnt wick hardly at all before I did that. Horrible dry hits.
As for leaks, make sure rba is screwed in tight but still easily spins off. Over tightening will cause gaps in the thread or cause it to mis-thread. Under tightening leaves a gap for leaks as well. Chage out your O-rings and make sure everything is tight.
Have you removed the glass from the top frame yet i do all of the tanks i set up when doing the first washing then lub or wet the orings with juice if the glass gets stuck it can cause the orings not to seal lose vacuum from the top and leak the glass needs to be able to move what pg vg are you using
To get the glass lose if it is stuck run hot tap water on the glass pushing with your thumb on the frame they can get stuck pretty good some times and when they are stuck like that the orings can not work right only happens if not disassemble and washed new
Had the same problem till i tryed a juice from Blue Lab can go through 120 mils of juice before i recotton cotton still white but coil needs cleaning no spitting first hit in the morning blow light back in to tank after that good to go i still have a juice called cookie monster from another supplyer i really in joy re cotton every other day it gunks up quick but it taste so good
I really dislike the Kangartech sub ohm tank maxi and mini, no matter what juice you use the seals keep disintegrating Now the Kangartech Aerotank Mega View media item 428167 I have had no problems with and in my Smok Xpro M80 Plus it fires up well. Don't get concerned about occassional condensation on the outside Quite a few tanks I have do this just wipe it off.
View attachment 458831 no leaks and i can not vape on a aero tank not at 23/34 watts to each his own but in all reviews by old timers kanger mini is always in the works and with new double air flow they will be there RBA And occ coil make it the most versatile tank on the market and easy to build i almost got a delta but parts cost more and are not as easy to build i dry hit my kangers from time to time and its easy to see the juice leavel now if they would only install juice gauge LOL

Got me curious. How long did you use your subtank mini or + before you noticed the seals disintegrating? I've had mine for 3-4 months now and it's used daily and lots of chain vaping & so far I've had no issues whatsoever with the seals. Not saying it doesn't happen, I'm just curious is all. Never had any leak issues either. Actually it's been the best RTA I've had so far. Cheers
