Hi all. Today, while unscrewing the base on my Subtank Plus, the top part of the base remained on the tank. Did this happen to any of you guys? BTW, it is leaking like mad from the airholes, while lying down:-(

Hi MortenOJ,
Have you searched the threads for information on the Kanger Subtank Plus? The reviews seem to imply leaking is an issue. I can't say that with experience though as I don't own the Plus.

From what I've experienced and read it's not an issue with the Mini or the Nano which I have both of.

You might have over tightened it :/. You don't want it to be super tight, just snug. I have the white Subtank Mini v2 that came with my Subox Mini and I have the new Black Subtank Plus for my D2, haven't had any leaking issues or issues of any kind :/

You mean, it's leaking because it is overtightened? I managed to put the darn thing back together now. I'll try not to tighten it too much... The funny thing is, it only leaks when lying on its side...

I mean the threads on the airflow base came off because you over tightened. Not sure why you're leaking. Could be that the coil/RBA needs tightened up or you need some new o rings. Or it could just be a factory defect. I'm not sure. I just know that my tanks have never leaked :/
