You may need to check to see that the coil is screwed on or if it has come loose; its a common issue that the coil head comes loose at times when you remove the tip.

Make sure the air-tube isn't full of fluid, and check to see if there is. Bunch of liquid sitting on the battery hookups in the 510 connector.

Woke up extra early to try to fix this thing, and magically it is working perfectly this morning. I'm going to take it apart and clean it tonight and do a part check. Thanks for the advice! :D

Good advice here from Salt, nila and njay. Not much to add but I take it off and blow out the center tube once or twice a day. Just blow out through the mouthpiece. Make sure it is into a paper towel.
WHen you clean the haed and tank, also clean the inside of the mouthpiece too.

You can also check how tightly it is screwed on. Too tight and it could impact the airflow.

When I first got my Kangers and was using DeKang fluid, that is how it was. Except I would get dry hit city in the morning, without fail.
