Not sure if im in the right thread, but here is a thing that i don't quite understand. Hopefully i can get some help here.

I have 3 T2 bought from 3 different vendors.
One says, 2.1-2.3 ohm, another says, 2.2 ohm and the latest says 2.4 ohm and the last one come with one addition wick which is not attached to the coil (as shown in the pic). Is this the latest version of the T2.

Appreciate if i can get some help.

There are short wick and long wick versions of the T2 (and others as well) with various ohms ratings. The T3 is the latest version of the Kanger line - it is a bottom fill and bottom coil and has short wicks. Available in 1.5, 1.8, 2.2 and 2.5 ohms. The mouthpiece is fixed and most recently there is stainless steel tank option - the "MT".

Thx for the info but my question is are these heads with the additional wick (I think they are call flavor wick) new version?

Well, they started out with short wicks, then long wicks came into play - first on the stardusts I believe, then the CE's and others followed BUT, they kept the short wicks as well. The long wicks were just an 'addition' for those that wanted them. New T2's are still being created with short wicks.

Kent, my T2 has the short wick and the aluminum mouthpiece. I've got a question, is it okay to use the T2 with say 1.2 ml of juice in it (which is below the wicks) as long as I keep the wicks wet with the juice??

I've never had a problem with the short wicks - I prefer them. And mine, and I'm guessing others wick well even if the tank is half full. I use a VG mix and there is always a 'string' of ejuice up the side of the tank to the wick on both sides during vaping, as if it's osmosis.... I vape them nearly dry before refilling.

Hi Kayo, where did you buy that?
And yes, wicks wick. Some don't really like wicks, but i never had a problem yet with wicking......except for my first attempt at wraping a coil around cotton and i ended up "choking" the wick. I actually prefer to keep the juice below the wicks, like the short wick "stardust" that i have right now. That seems to help it not put a drop on the battery.

Hi botakvap, The T2 had a flavor wick prior to Sept. 1 when I started using it, but i believe it was different than what you have.
China changes this from week to week at times, so, its impossible at times to say what is the latest. You may have the latest.

Right now I have a 50/50 blend in my short wick T2. Being that I just started vaping on Friday, I'd like to try some of my other flavors so, I didn't want to fill the 2.4 ml tank to the top so I just roll it around, making sure there is liquid on the wicks. -I just wanted to make sure that I am doing this right! LOL

I bought it from R.J. at Constant Vapor Chrome Tip Kanger T2 2.4ml eGo Clearomizer

The description states "Long Wick Version" however, I received the short wick version as pictured.

Just so you know, botakvap's picture and the picture on this site, are both showing the " long wick version".
The original short wick was just a little stub wick with a "cup" that held the juice quite nicely........close in size to the short wick Vision v2{stardust}.

Thank you all for the replies.
I may have put it the wrong way in my opening thread but my initial question was if the head (as shown in my pic in the 1st post) a new version of the T2 head since i have 2 other T2 (all long wick) that has only 3 wicks instead of 4 wicks.

Anyway, just got back from the Vendor and they confirm that this is indeed the new T2 head with the addition wick (aka flavor wick) which is removable since it is not attached to the coil.

note: as far as long wicks and short wicks discussed in this thread, the older (first) version comes with the short wick with a "plastic" cup attached.

Thanks for the info, botakvap... sorry if I added to the confusion....

Maybe this will be helpful
www.szkanger.com
Also, be aware Kanger is now being copied.

This is another reason I like dealing with heaven gifts. Less chance of knockoffs. Wayne, of hg, would say 'no chance' ;- ) and he is in personal contact with techs from joyetech, kanger and others. He passes along consumer info/feedback and things get done. When the first batch of T2's came out with the mouthpieces detaching, kanger supplied 'free mouthpieces' (in your next order from hg - didn't have to include kanger stuff but if you bought T2's there you got the new mouthpieces). I think it was Wayne himself that suggested the bottom coil and fill for the T3's. I mentioned some concern over the plexiglass tanks and now we have metal.... I'm sure I wasn't the only one, and in fact, it isn't a big concern of mine - just had seen it mentioned on some other threads....
