Yesterday I had my third head failing in a little over a week, all with the same problem. First it doesn't make contact with the battery, I take the post a little out, but sooner or later the resistance lead gets loose (or breaks) and contact is lost. My last head to fail was working properly and out of the blue it stopped working. Maybe it's a bad batch, but I'd love to hear if anybody has had any problems with T3 heads.

Strange is, I haven't had a T2 head failing so far after almost 2 months. A real shame because I love how T3s vape.

Hmmm -Kanger is extremely proprietary to the eGo Twist especially the 650 - are your probs coming from both batteries or just the Spinner? I'd suggest an eGo connector and see if that helps? LIke you I love the T-2's myself. And hope that the T3's will give us as much mess-free joy.

hI Susaz, i agree with Hulamoon, if you got that "ego to 510" adapter, try it. It saved the day for me on the new Kgo battery i just got and attached a T2 on.

Had the same problem with a couple heads on the one T3 that I was switching between the Spinner and Twist. Turns out my Spinner connection is slightly higher than the twist which was pushing the post up. After pulling the post back down they work fine and I try to remember not to over tighten when attaching to my Spinner. The other two that I use exclusively with each device have been rockin without issue since I got them.

Thanks to all! Now I'm thinking I was sent rejects since I'm so far away and there's no returns... the last one has NO THREADS TO THE CLEARO BODY! This is unheard of, really. Check your heads if you have spares. DSCF6061.jpg

That's pretty crazy. All six of my replacement heads have threads and I've ordered from three different vendors. Not even sure how that would stay attached without threads.

They don't. The head is unusable. Tried opening ever so carefully to insert it into another base but the coil snapped in my hands. I have only one head left in five!

I hear ya on that one - I got some T2's recently with just smidgeons of thread on the heads. Wow I was disgusted, but found some old coils and took the threads off them, - works OK now - but really!

Wow,,,Have you contacted the vendor about these duds?

J.R.

Yes, after the last one. But the heads are the same cost as the shipment, so replacements are not an option. Besides they take claims only 24 hours after received... And I got it on the 11th. Thing is, am I the only one? Seems I am!

Thanks for telling us, because stupid me probably didn't even look closely at my 3 replacement heads. Got mine from Stormy's back in Oct.
I'm heading to the basement.

Nope...QA in the ecig industry has taken a serious nosedive the past few months for whatever reason. I've had more junk cartos this year than last; batteries that wouldn't charge and yes, even a VN mini without threads and a new T3 today without airholes.

For awhile I was thinking I was cursed, but it's really getting bad....

Yep! Back with 808 I knew 1 in 5 cartos would be bad, and compensated for that. But on CE3s for instance, I only had 1 bad in 10, a complete pleasure.

I'm really starting to wonder if replaceable head clearos are really the way to go...

What thread are some of you talking about? The Kanger T3 doesn't have 510 threads, only the threads on the inside of the skirt that screws onto the outer thread of the eGo style battery connectors.

If anyone is trying to rotate or move the power connector inside the skirt of the Kanger T3 it is going to break the connection to the heating coil.
