Kanger top Box mini issue

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but Help, if you can, my kanger topbox mini is stuck in charging mode and I cant adjust the wattage..I you tubed it and it seems this is an issue for alot of folks. I just cant find no fixes for it, thats not my video but it is the same issue. Im out of warranty so returning it isnt an option..If I am in the wrong place please adivse..Thanks a heap!!

So, my top box mini seems to be stuck in charging mode, the battery charging mode flashes as if it is charging even when it is not plugged in. Ive tried different batteries, charging via usb, charging via nitcore, cleaning contacts, leaving the battery to discharge in the mod completely, that helped somewhat. I was at least able to turn the wattage down. Bit it is still stuck in charge mode with the battery indicator continuously flashing, basically the screen stays lit, which drains the battery. Any suggestions?
