kanger upgraded replacement base

So i found out theres an upgraded kanger protank base with deeper air grooves and sturdier construction for better air flow. A site was recommended and they have them. But after research i found out the shop owner has multiple complaints of credit card fraud. A google search gives me options but none specify it is the upgraded base. Does anyone know where i can get one from a safe site?
