No its not really a mech mod. It still contains regulating electronics 'under the hood' although you don't see it. It prevents shorts, ect and next to that it has some regulation to prevent you to over or under charge it if I'm not mistaken.

A mech is really just a battery tube with a button.
If you short it (too low or no resistance) it catches fire and for charging you need to take the battery out and put it in a separate charger.

Technically you can use any RDA with a 510 connection as long as you keep you coil resistance high (1.5> ohm or so) enough to allow the device to work. You can't subohm and I doubt it will have enough power to fire triple or more coils. A dual coil at 1.5ohm should work I suppose.

However this device is more designed to work with ready made coilheads than it is for using with RDAs etc. If that's what you are after, better buy a proper regulated mod. A decent one with 50w output can be had for as little as 30-40$ these days and you can still charge it directly with a cable. (No separate batteries and charger needed)

Yes i got you.
Oh, so i can't subohm with it even thought with a 3.7v output? Sigh....

Unlikely... I don't own the device to give you a definitive answer but most similar devices will not fire if the resistance is too low. Not sure where that is exactly for this device but I don't think you can go much lower than 1.2 ohm at best.

Hmm...ok, so most probably i can only do RDA on it, single or dual coil doesnt matter as long as the ohm stay above 1.3 right?

No you can't subΩ. Anything below 1.5Ω should not fire, BUT if it does you risk venting the battery. Most of the eGo type batteries are 2.0A - 2.5A.

that such a pity, i thought it can. :(
