I am having issues with my kangertech mini I have the rebuildable coil in and i have cleaned the whole thing and have made sure everything is tight but not to tight. I am having juice lead through where the air flow holes are and I only fill my ejuice to just below the coil. Any ideas how to stop this and not have my juice wasted? I leaks when vaping and when in non use always in a up right position. Doesn't matter what kind of juice is in it either.

Even owning it less then two month? I did look them all over when I cleaned everything and there are on kinks or broken areas or cracks.but I will recheck them

I doubt that's the issue but you never know.

Is there any way you can post pics of your build with the top off? That way we can see everything and get a better idea.

The pics look fine. Hmmm.

I build mine this way and never a leak:

I put the cotton through the coil, screw the cylinder on(the piece with the 2 holes, I pull all the cotton up, I then cut my cotton to even with the cylinder. I then push it down and ensure it covers both holes. Nothing but cotton showing on the outside of the holes. I then saturate the coil and cotton with juice. I then screw the top section of the cylinder on then fill the tank and screw it on. I do this every time and never a leak. I've had my tanks for 6 months now.

i have played around with the amount of cotton i use and it was the same effect..the only thing i can think of maybe there is a pin hole or something that is causing it that not easy to find.

That's possible. Sorry you're having all these issues.

If it's airhole leaking the top culprit is gonna be that little o-ring underneath the RBA (at the top of the post that sits inside the airflow base.) If you've checked and it's undamaged and properly seated—and you're screwing the RBA into the airflow base as tight as you can—the only other possibility might be that the little screw that tightens the RBA chimney to the deck isn't tight enough, or it's teeny little threads have worn away enough that it's not sitting right. Any issues there and the whole chimney can shift ever-so-slightly out of position and start letting juice in, which then goes down the airflow hole—though I'd think you'd experience some gurgling if that were the issue.
