KangerTech Mini Protank 3 plus add-on air control valve

Mine came in the mail today. I checked the numbers, and it's authentic...which pleases me.

I also ordered an air control valve, because I had read reports that the mini PT3 was quite airy...which I agree with. Until the valve comes in, I am able to cover one of the holes in the base with my finger to tighten the drag a bit.

My question is this...the seller of the valve said that it will fit the mini. However, I have yet to find pictures with it attached. I'm wondering if it will be so large as to make it look like a cobbled together piece of crap, or if it will match the diameter of the tank.

Also...it appears that the air control valve will change the tank to 510 threads instead of eGo style, meaning that I will need to use a beauty ring to support it.

Are there pictures available of this set-up? If so, please post them or post the link to them.

Im using the air control valve on one of my mini PT 2's. The base is wider than the tank and I assume the tank width is probably the same on both the minis.

Yeah, PT2 and PT3 are supposed to be the same diameter. How much larger is the valve? Is it unattractive looking?

It looks OK. Its a little shorter with the air flow base

I'm waiting for the mini aerotank to be released, or a mini aerotank base thank I can just put on my mini protank 2. I want to open up the draw though, not tighten it.
