Just letting everyone know that I'm really new to vaping. This is my first vape and I'm devastated that I can't use it. Please excuse any incorrect terminology or general stupidity.

I got this vape two days ago and it worked great. I had the 0.5 coil in and replaced it because my hits were very metallic and dry. After that I filled up the tankeith a different flavor(?) and it wouldn't hit. I was driving so I didn't take a look at it until I pulled over. When I did it was flashing 0.0ohms when I'd hit it. It would work sometimes but like 1/15 hits. I took it to a vape shop and cleaned it, changed the coil (to a new, better one that didn't leak), raised the 510 Connector Pin all to no avail. It's weird because I don't think it's the coil or the connector because it correctly reads my coil on the display and this is a brand new coil. I feel like I've tried everything at this point but I want to hear from you guys. There are tons of posts similar to mine but none have helped me. When I press the fire button (and hold it down) the voltage doesn't move. Nothing on the display moved at all. Any help would be really appreciated!

between here and there
And you are sure the coil is screwed in as far as it will go? When you remove the base sometimes the coil unscrews with it. The bottom pin of the coil has to touch the base pin on the inside of the base and the pin that protrudes from the base has to touch the pin on the mod for connection to be made.

If above does not solve problem you might try:

I posted this in a different thread that might solve your problem. The RBA is the same as your coil head and I'm talking about the pin inside the base after you remove the atomizer head.

I have had my subtank hand me the no atomizer crap occasionally. What I think the problem is that the positive pin gets pushed too far up and doesn't make contact. I remove the RBA, then push the pin down some from the inside the base, out if you want too then you can separate the insulator from the pin and clean but I then put the RBA back into place with the pin pushed down then push the pin up till it contacts the RBA. Just begin to make it a habit to push the positive pin down a bit every time you remove the RBA from the base and seat the RBA first then seat the positive pin especially if its on a mod that will push up on the pin and turtle into the subtank base's 510 connection.
