I haven't used the subtank, but if it's anything like kangers other coils the reading will jump around a bit no matter what. I've got a box of 1.8 dual coils, the last one read 1.7 and the one I'm using now reads 2.0. So who the .... knows lol.
No problem with going from 0.5-0.7. If everything is secure and connected. In the RBA section I did find the 510 pin at the bottom of the deck can get loose.
If it starts reading say 2Ω or 0.1 high or low then take it out and have a look , check them on a meter or replace.
its nothing to do with your subtank.
its the mod that's doing the misreading.
my sigelei 100w plus reads correctly at 0.5 and my ipv2 mini 70w always reads it at 0.6.
some mods are more accurate than others.
