So healing nicely. Still need to stay off of it for a week. Then cam boot for two weeks. I am ready to be mobile.
Not too much longer, then. Take care so you don't have to go thru this again.

I've never used the power pack. I picked it up when I first got into RDAs, but quickly came to love the Narda clone and now the Hadaly (for squonking); it was a black Friday special.

The power pack by itself provides a small chamber (should be good flavor) rda with a squonking pin included. If you get a nautilus X, it lets you convert the x into an RDTA.
I'm confused...I was looking this morning and I found a power pack for the Nautilus X as well as a survival kit, what's the difference? And is having one better than having the other?

I hear ya. My son has a charcoal grill, but of course, that doesn't get used often due to lack of time. A lotta folks poo poo gas grills, but I loved mine. I didn't taste the propane like some do, and I could grill easier than cooking inside. But I would love to have a CI grill pan and a stove that would allow me to use the CI I do have!! Kids have one of those stupid glass top stoves. Some folks say they have used CI just fine on em, others said theirs cracked the first time they tried. I can't take a chance with the kid's stove so my CI only gets used in the oven, mostly for cornbread

Thankfully, I have a gas stove... CI works just fine on it. ;)
I'm not a big fan of gas grills, unless it's for simple stuff like hamburgers and hot dogs. For steaks, ribs, briskets and whatnot, I use natural lump charcoal and/or wood. I'm just snobby like that!

I know your pain, Brother... my Darling Bride is still laid up and unable to put weight on her left foot. Probably for several more weeks, but we'll know for sure in a week or so when we go in for her follow up. Glad to hear that you're healing well and will be "up and runnin'" again soon!

soooooooo wish I had a gas stove. Jup natural charcoal or wood is definitely best when ya got the time. But the gas one was sure convenient, and that's mostly what I did, burgers, dogs, chicken breast sometimes.

ok, while in the shower, got hit on both sides with some intense muscle spasms. Been awhile since I've had these. Gonna just go lay back on the couch a bit. Ttyl

Yep, we got lucky when we bought this house. Gas heat, gas stove, gas hot water heater, and gas connection for the dryer if need be. :)

Ouch! Lay down and let is settle, Hun. Prayers and healin' vibes for that and best wishes for the injections later!

For those that recall the whole tooth extraction fiasco that @Atchafalaya went through a few weeks ago, that one piece of bone came out on it's own about a week after she talked about it here, but another piece started poking through recently and it was bigger. She ended up having it surgically removed this afternoon. Hopefully that's the end of the tooth problems for her.
Just wanted to give you all an update.

Sending healing vibes and prayers to everyone.... Sounds like it's been a rugged day :(

The KF V6 arrived today. I am sorry to say - I am somewhat disappointed. The o-rings on the drip tip (and it's not quite a standard 510 DT) are partially shredded. I washed the tank, and it still tastes a little gross. I am amused by the capability of using an Atlantis coil or building on the RBA deck. It seems to look like the center pin insulator in the base may be cracked or torn (at least when looking through the top of the base. Looking from underneath doesn't show any signs of damage.....

So, jury's still out. Kewl thing was that "expected" delivery was SATURDAY, and it showed TODAY :w00t:

Hmmm, was hoping for a more positive review, I was intrigued enough to consider getting one. Guess I'll wait and see. Maybe you just got a fluke?

Are you asking for a replacement?

I dunno. I have it another good cleaning. Looks like the DT oring may be OK. Just pulled off a bit of the excess.

Are you asking for a replacement?

Nah. I'll give it another go. It was doing OK. I maybe just rushed it

Had anyone heard from @LittleBird recently?

    No.....
