There are wayyyy too many vodkas in the world. Hubby only drinks Stoli and another that I am not sure the name as it is in Russian and a friend keeps getting Russian Standard as a gift and then passing the bottles to me, it gets used in vodka cake and cleaning and washing down when I think I got into ivy and as mouthwash that is not swallowed

Right there with ya, Darlin'... unless it's Bourbon. Then I gots ta have da good stuffs. My wife bought me a 5 liter oak barrel so that I can age my own. Surface area makes it age a LOT faster than the bigger barrels that distillers use, so I can replicate an 8-12 year old bourbon in months instead of years. Even better, I can just cut down Everclear and then age and flavor it... better than most things you could buy off the shelf! Your Cake Batter Vodka gives me ideas to play around with flavoring up some rum though... TFA is gonna LUV me!

Yeah, I'm like that with Scotch. Which is why I don't purchase that often.... Because of my thin (or sometimes empty) pockets, it's for an incredibly special occasion that I'll splurge. Do you distill your own Bourbon, or do you take something existing and make it better?

hiya! when i have blended, i tend to roast separately then blend roasted beans and grind - roasting bean types separately allows for a more uniform, consistent roast - as bean size, shape, water content can vary a good bit
Great observation! Spared me THAT faux pas..

Take something existing and make it better... 3-4 months in the barrel is the only way I can tolerate Jim Beam. The people that make the barrels also have 'flavoring additives' that you can use to "turn vodka or PGA into Scotch, Bourbon, or Spiced Rum"... it's not bad, and after a couple months of aging only true snobs could tell that it wasn't something expensive.

I was a staunchly Stolichnya Only vodka drinker, until my trusted boozelier forced a bottle of Tito's on me. Cheaper (way) and MUCH better..

I love the crazy flavor it gives :D Only negative that I have about it is that it doesn't like to be carried in my jacket pocket at work--it likes to leak a little if it's sideways. Of course, it's one of the sample wins, so when I order the purple one that issue may have been resolved.
Hi Kodak~ You might want to check and make sure it's sealed good and tight if it's leaking. If the glass spins freely when you try to spin it then it can be tightened down more. I discovered that early on and I haven't had any leaking since then. That might not be the issue, but it's worth a shot! :)

Have you had any issues with that tank gurgling a lot? Mine never spits, but it does like to gurgle. (And I better not hear a word from LLB or DC about my choice of wording :D)
I get that when my juice level is low but, like you, no spitting. When my other tanks do that I run a Q-tip down the chimney to sop up condensation but it's kinda hard with the Target tank because the chimney is so skinny. I just pull a lot of the cotton off of it and do it that way. It does help with the gurgling but it's a little bit of a pain.

Made sure of that first thing. It just doesn't like to be kept in my jacket pocket apparently. I can lay it on my bed and it never leaks--only in my jacket pocket (I think it's just announcing it's presence and that it's feeling neglected since I can't vape at work like I do at home :D)

Man, I have not touched my face with a real blade in 30 years. Went electric, and never looked back. That wicked looking straight razor was giving me quite a bit of trepidation..

At first I was afraid,I was petrified. Kept thinking I would never live without electra-glide...

NOT a nick, scratch, cut or burn. I CAN DO EEEEET!!! I'm feelin a lil smug, bout my silky mug.. First half dozen strokes.. whoa... and then.. just kicked in. My Cro-Magnun man just took over, and voila..

Missed JUST a lil bit, couple of the Double Black Diamond slopes.. It'll come.
Nice job!!! No nicks, no cuts? Like a BOSS!!! I am not to be trusted around sharp razor-like objects, so I am very impressed. I have multiple scars on my fingers and hands that have earned me the right to stay safely away from anything remotely lethal, lol. So you didn't even have to break out the super-absorbent maxis? :D

Halfway through, it started feeling like Russian Roulette. I was just.. No Way! Just WAITING for it... On the last lap, you gotta KNOW my heart was beating fast. TOTALLY lucky. I couldn't hardly believe it. FIRST shave. THAT was the one I wanted perfect. Nao, I can go ahead and Veg-O-Matic myself, NEVER forget that one!

LOL! There's nothing like when a tank announces itself. Especially in your pocket (or on your leg, which is what happens to me!)! I had a little trouble with one of my iSubs and I got some juice on my comforter (because how can I read my Kindle in bed without my mods lying there, too??) so I feel your pain. Last night's fiasco was all me, though. Tried to refill my Reaper tank through the bottom. Yeah, it's a side fill. Juice everywhere. That's a bummer it doesn't like your jacket pocket but at least you know that about it, right? :D

Yep, and you have photo evidence to prove it! :D
