And I have no willpower, I just ordered a green one for, just for the looks. My all black and SS streak seems to be at an end. Oh wait, I did already have a p-thingy with some red also, but it is still mostly black.

I ordered one of those Tesla mods that DC linked to. My son has an Arctic tank and they had coils for $5.97 for a pack of 5.

@LynnNC, the Tesla should be fine with a 0.6Ω coil. It's two batteries in parallel(?) which splits the current and doesn't push any one battery too hard.

Pretty much anything. This is merely an unregulated mod - the "power" will adjust to whatever is put on top. Just maxes at 100W (because of fully charged batteries and 0.2-ish ohm resistance.

Higher resistance toppers will allow for longer time between charges. So, something in the 0.5-1.5Ω range would be just fine. What's he using now?

ETA - output will taper the longer he uses it. He'll just have to learn that when his vape gets weak, it's probably time to recharge.

lol... nice pic. I think the stump actually SHRINKS mods. I may have a Vamo around here somewhere, to test the theory..

LadyDinger, right now he's using a 50W iStick with an Arctic tank. The coils in it are .02. But he's been using them for months now so I'm thinking the 50W may give up the ghost soon. He's a cloud chaser.

He'll be fine with the Arctic - can't imagine why not..... Teach him to build and help him find a STM or a Smok TFV4? I'm a lil surprised that the iStick is firing at 0.02???
