I hope all you folks in and around Texas are ok. Did NOT realize how much rain y'all are getting.

We had a heck of thunderstorm last night. One clap of thunder was so loud, it sounded like a hit right outside our bedroom window. I can't find any evidence of a strike this morning. Good morning krewe, it's another beautiful day here for doing things outdoors. This means it's also the start of hubby's annual angst...."maybe I should sell my bikes, no, one more year....maybe keep one, sell the other one......"
I am starting to think I am becoming sort of accident prone, nothing serious but weird boo-boos since the 'aluminum foil incident'. The other day I found a thorn stuck in my scalp, I didn't even feel it until I was washing my hair and ran into it. Last night I cut myself opening a bag of sugar. Hubby says he's going to send me to safety classes.

I'm reading some other Dew recipes, and they are all calling for Champagne. I wonder how those mixes would be affected???? Taste of "fizz" without the "fizz"???

Yeah, looks like the Houston area is getting hammered, and there's no high ground down there. It's pretty much flat.
I have a daughter in Galveston. She says it's flooding there, she's OK, but worried she may not be able to drive home after work.
I've never noticed that the champagne actually does anything whenever I've tried it. It's been in my "get rid of or keep?" box for awhile now.
WOOT! Just checked mine since you posted this, and same thing, scheduled for today. I hope SWMBO is home when DHL shows up, in case it needs a signature. Anxious to see how this compares to the cCells in the couple tanks I'm using those in.
