Nice! I see they still don't have the coils in stock, though. :( I kinda wanna throw one of da coils into an RDA first to see how they work... To be honest, I'm way more interested in the coil than the tank... I don't really need anudder tank. LOL...
Gotcha. I'm interested in both, and the tank does come with a notch coil. I'll let ya know what I think of it...
Ordered and has already been processed for shipping. :)

I'm gonna have to switch coils before I can give it a fair review. Thought I'd try the TC coil first, and have been fighting with my VTC Mini the last 2 days trying to get it to stay in ss TC mode. It refuses to co-operate. That's OK, I'm mostly interested in trying the ceramic out anyway.
New firmware update out for vtc... Might help

Mssr. @dcfluegel - I remember you saying something about your Lady Wife being a Master Gardener? I was posed a question about planting bulbs. Could she confirm if it's o.k. to plant bulbs NOW for pretties that normally come up this time of year?

Please n Thanks
I can ask... Any particular varietals?

And besides... I'm old skool... I could say that if it doesn't include pens, papers, dice, and books, then it ain't really gaming... But I'm an equal opportunity gamer and will play pretty much any way that I can! ;)

I bet you were a schmexy Dungeon Master ;)

Saw that earlier, doesn't look like it is more than cosmetic changes but worth trying. I've seen numerous reports about TC kicking people back to wattage mode, seems to be finicky with a lot of prebuilt coils. TBH I hadn't really played with TC much, tried it initially when I got the thing Mini but wasn't impressed. I only tried it with the Simba because I figured might as well see how the TC coil that came with it works. I did find a couple tips about using spaced coils with it, so if I decide to try it with my own build sometime that's what I'll do.
I did try using that SS coil in wattage mode last night, didn't care for it. I'm hoping to like the ceramic coil though, so I'll be giving that a try either tonight or tomorrow.

I'm not even an amateur gardener, but I plant my Easter bulbs outside every year. I just wait until the greenery is dying back, then pop 'em in the ground. If there are bulbs blooming outside in your area, they should be safe from the weather, but I always wait until the locals are done blooming, just to be sure.

That's awesome! I used to throw my mage/thief into the fray just to mess with the group... then I'd have to get creative with unorthodox spell usage, just to save my own ..... Apparently, if you play your DM right, an elf can fly... the landing is a l'il tricky though. ;)

Bet that'd be fun to play though. Haven't played a real game in 20 years, still pull out the Baldur's Gate series from time to time on my PC though. Best computer version of D&D in my opinion.

Yep, that particular character was a blast. If you like Baldur's Gate, you should try Neverwinter Nights... almost as good!

Yep, played that and both expansions, pretty good but not quite as good as BG2. IWD2 wasn't bad. IWD was really only good if you wanted nothing but a dungeon crawl. Actually though, I just realized my all time favorite was Planescape:Torment.
