G'mornin', Brother of the Skull! Sounds like you had a pretty relaxing weekend. I spent most of Saturday playin' with new vape toys, and most of Sunday starting demolition on the downstairs half-bath... still got a ways to go on that project... *groans*

The beauty of renting for now. But in another 2 years will be looking to buy a house and settle down. Do not know exactly where though.

More times than I can count, Brother.... and probably more fails than successes.

The good news is it didn't turn out bad, quite vapeable. It'll be a good starting point for improving my banana/hazelnut mix. I may put some of it into small bottles and try a couple tweaks, but next time I decide to drop 2 flavors entirely and replace them with another, I'll certainly do smaller batches.

AWESOME!!! First week is done and over with! That is a HUGE accomplishment, Brother! Congrats and Man-Hugs!!!

I did have a bizarre moment this weekend. A craving hit me so strongly that I was lierally reaching for the non-existant pack of smokes, and when it wasn't in my pocket actually felt a slight sense of panic. For that moment, I was imagining a real cigarette so intensely that I could feel it in my fingers and between my lips. Completely crazy. But once I got past that, all was good again.

After Saturday's rozting session we went to camp with da puppies, had a mellow day.

Yesterday we got a good amount of rain (yay!), DW and I went to camp after a bit of odds and ends shopping (Harbor Freight tent sale -- always a few interesting widgets). I skated through work, only had a 4 hour session yesterday evening reviewing and editing things.

This morning will be bizzy, but I might get a chance to take a little time off today -- weather"s looking gorgeous, and time pressure will be off after I complete just a wee bit of writing.

I've had a few occasions where the experiments went they way I was hoping. That's how I finally nailed down the recipe for Aphrodite's Kiss... but I tried tweaking Brickhouse and completely screwed it up. That one is staying "as-is"!

Very happy to hear that you got through it. There will likely be more of those moments. Especially when stress hits a little harder than normal... keep your WTA handy, and if that doesn't work, then have a smoke. At least you can know that you tried everything at your disposal to get past it. Either way, there's no shame in lighting one up if you have to... you are doing yourself a LOT of good by avoiding the vast majority of them.

Thanks I'm just worn out that's all. I'm ready for just one day to be able to do what I want. Visit friends, deep clean a couple of rooms in my house, spend quality time with my kids and grandson. You know, just do what I want to do. <shrugs> Maybe one day soon.

Understandable, Sweetheart. You'll get there... If nothing else, Labor Day is coming up. Two weeks from today... just keep banking that overtime and racking up those hours so that they'll bring you on full time. Hopefully things'll get easier after that.

It doesn't quite work that way. My coordinator sends info to HR saying that I'm fully trained and ready to hire. My coordinator doesn't particularly like me so he's not training me(I'm only half trained at this point) and he's more concerned with getting us off 7 days and taking time to train me takes out the producing of parts. I'm between a rock and a hard place. AND I found out last night that federal holidays don't mean much to this place and I could very well be working Labor Day with double time.

He has definitely jumped on the vaping bandwagon He has not had a cig for over 2 weeks now and last night he called me asking me what online stores I use for my vaping stuff. He was quizzing me on why the PG/VG ratio is important and why...asking me questions about mods and tanks that he had seen, how hard it would be to make his own coils, etc. I think he's gonna stick to it!!
