Hey kaz or Tejas, don't know why I just thought about it, but one of you was talking about some kind of sandwich you like from one of those Mexican food carts. I had it wrote down but lost it, and keep forgetting to ask. So since it's in my mind right now, do either one of you remember and know what they are called?

So @Kaezziel so what did you all do for your anniversary?

We stayed home, ate supper, and snuggled on the couch... it was a really good night.

Supper last night was Baby Spinach salad with dried cherries, sliced almonds, pomegranate arils, and blue cheese with white basalmic vinigrette; Flat Iron Steak (seasoned with salt and pepper and grilled to a perfect rare state), then topped with sauteed button mushrooms and Vidalia onions and garlic in a dry Marsala wine reduction; and, roasted baby red potatoes with broccoli, carrots, and sugar snap peas... with a little salt and good 'ol real butter.

Da wife referred to it as "Restaurant quality, only better."

Oooooooooooooooo, I got on the poppers from last night. So much so that I'll be making them again tonight Gotz to remember to pick up some regular cream cheese tho - I think that would be delightful.....

Still raining off and on, here... currently there is no end in sight, and I think I'm starting to grow gills...

MMMmmmm... I miss jalepeno poppers... I can't cook anything spicy anymore, 'cause the chemo makes it so teh Wifey can't handle it. Hopefully she'll soon be able to eat whatever she wants... we're both havin' cravin's!

I came to the conclusion yesterday at work that I really need to deal with my ulcers. After I ate the grocery store salad I felt like someone had a knife(@skullblade789 or @Kaezziel was it one of you? Lol) in my stomach twisting it round and round. Tomatoes and lettuce do not bode well with active ulcers! I really must start eating better and get my Protonix filled. The latter probably won't occur as with no insurance it's around $250 but I can pick up some OTC Prilosec or something.

Absolutely wasn't me, Darlin'. I certainly have no problems usin' a knife, but I'm more likely to use it in defense of the ones I love, not on them. Hope it passes quickly, Honey... I've been eatin' Zantac 150s every day for the past coupla months, myself...

You're talkin' about Tortas. They come with all different kinds of meats and other stuff, but the sammich itself is called a torta. They're pretty darned awesome if you can find good ones!

@Kaezziel Thanks love! I knew it couldn't be you or Skully. The both of you are too sweet for that. At this point in the game, the Zantac's or Pepcid's don't do too much. My dr actually told me to double the Prilosec's and take that dose for 7 days, then go back to 1 a day for 14 days. And to watch my diet. No greasy, spicy or acidic for a couple of weeks.

Yep, and red meat... apparently red meat triggers the body to produce more acid to help digest it... that's the main reason that I end up havin' to eat Zantac. I can't give up my red meat! I'm a carnivore, dammit!

I don't really eat a lot of red meat lately. Since I started this job I don't eat a lot of meat period.

That's what I did with the Sigelei... wrapped a coupla SS coils and stuck 'em in the Mage. Tried it on power mode and it wasn't bad... switched it to SS-TC mode and have been vaping it like that since Saturday! Still doin' a lot of bouncing between it and my two squonkers... I've got Rockin' Rooibos in Stumpy on the regulated squonker, a test batch of Apple Danish (still needs work) in the LowPro on the mechanical squonker, and Aphrodite's Kiss in the Mage on the Sigelei Fuchai. I'm a pretty happy vaper!

LadyDinger, I think it's the combo of lettuce and tomatoes together. I really don't know but after yesterday, I'll be leaving those 2 alone for awhile. I don't like missing work or being in pain.
