Truthfully? Still having trouble getting used to a mod with a switch on top. Very little travel to it, it does turn to lock. Ummm, not sure what else I can tell ya about the switch. Thought you didn't want a mech squonker anyway.

I had fun with squonkers, though they ended up not being for me.

I had a gorgeous exotic wood (Cocobolo) mech contest win from Capt Ron, passed that to a friend who was aiming for simple years back.

Still have a Reo VV Grand, though I haven't used it in years. That has the same Notcigs VV chip as in my Buzz Pros -- rock solid voltage control, excellent built-in protections. It runs on 2 16340 or 18350 batteries, max 16W/5.5V IIRC.

I opted for the second Avocado 24 -- just a sweet tank I'd already gotten it on a nice sale, so getting a 2nd free was too good to pass up.

Prolly a PIF, I'm over-stocked tank-wise (and mod wise, when the magneto and Kamry show). Since I hadn't picked up anything but cartos for multiple years, I was due to get some new generation gear. Been having fun trying new stuff out

Here's what I meant about an easy build deck. That's a twisted 26awg 3mm ID - plenty of room for something even larger. The grub screws are 1.5mm hex, beefy. The ceramic filler for coil 2 is bored out with a 3mm hole for airflow.

The overhang of the tank on the mod would drive my OCD up the wall!!! I think I'm taking the avocado off my list. Thanks for posting the picture Mark!

Yes, it is a full 24mm diameter. On the Cloupor mini+, that turns out to be flush with the silicone sleeve I use (or would be, except I run a lanyard setup -- little 510 extender from the PV to the tank)

Flavor, ease of building, good fill mechanism, leak free (often hard to achieve on a genesis style) are the high points. No idea what it's like in dual coil mode -- Interwebs comments talk to how good flavor is in single coil mode, and I love it, haven't been tempted to try a dual yet.

You're right - I don't think I want another mech squonker (unless it was on that order for like, $15 )

I need to restock a few flavahs that I just finished using this weekend. I'd mixed up a bunch of bases, and still had to do some "subbing" so god only knows what these are going to taste like!

Exactly! I was a little nervous about putting the coil in that far down with tweezers! Lol

Its really funny, because when she was really little when I first got to be around her she would hardly respond to me at all. Then one day we just clicked, and we have been super close ever since! Up until this year (I guess shes too old now ) every time we talked or saw each other she would say "Yay Best Friends" and I said it back to her. No matter where I was at when I would talk to her on the phone I had to say it back! Lol I used to get the funniest looks and laughs on campus it was so cute!

Well, to be honest I don't have anything else to compare to so I'm not sure I can give you a good opinion. I'd certainly consider getting another aluminum one for $40, not sure I'd pay $50. In other words, if I were buying another one myself I'd use the epacket option. I wouldn't buy another brass, but that's mostly because it's too heavy to carry around when out of the house.
It's been called a Custom Classic clone by some people, and one person who has both said the CC is significantly better. That said, the guy that ran this buy had done 3 previous ones, and some people with more squonking background participated in more than one of them. So others like it, and we really only saved a couple bucks apiece on the group buy.

If you say they are nice enough to consider ordering more,that's enough for me haha.I agree though,when i order,i will most likely use epacket,Dhl is 2-3 day delivery,but epacket they claim is only 6-8 days,even if it takes longer,i'm cheap so i like to save money haha.
I know what you mean about the brass being heavy.I have an Abaddon mod that is brass and i converted it to a bottom feeder.The Abaddon is the smallest box type mod i have ever seen,but that brass is hefty haha.
Being basically a clone of the CC is exactly why i'm so interested in them.I love the look of Custom Classics mods,but no way i would ever spend over $400 on any mod regardless of how nice it is.

That overhang will vary depending on what mod you use it on.I have the Boreas and a Griffin 25,which are both 25mm tanks,and they sit flush on most of my mods.Actually the only mod i have that they do hang over a small bit on is my Vaporflask classic,but most of my other mods,the 510 sits far enough in to where they don't hang over at all.
