I almost followed her through the parking lot when we left, but was being a wise@__ and was playing the "I'm going to beat you at the light" game in my head.... I could have seen it happen - THAT would have completely screwed with my head....(like I need any more help with that)

Thanks Dinger darling. A very dear friend of mine has done a good job of helping me calm down and relax for the moment. I was majorly freaking out, more than my mom was, for some reason. But after a good chat, now I'm only mildly freaking out.

Tornado Watches/Warnings. South of me (and Kad), but worse in the southern part of our state (where TM is)
I used to hang out at a biker bar (when I was a helluva lot younger). Bar was called Checkerz. TVs were ALWAYS on the weather channel. Just got to calling it the Checkerz Channel
