Yes, Love... just checkin' in. Been having a rough time lately but have found some really awesome people around town to help me keep my mind off of things a bit. Things kinda drifted apart with Paige, but there are a few other girls that I've been spending time with. Probably going to completely avoid family for Christmas... I went to Missouri for Thanksgiving, and it was fun, but it was also really hard and a bit awkward.

Sooooo glad you stopped by. We've missed you. You do what you have to for Christmas and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. We totally stopped celebrating any traditional holidays when my son died...too hard...and hasn't gotten any easier. The family tried to coax us into joining them a few years ago and finally GOT IT and stopped.

We do what feels best to survive under those circumstances. (((hugs)))

We got snow last night, too! First since Christmas Eve 2006. It happens so seldom here that people were waking their kids up at 1am so they could go outside & see it & play in it. They were afraid it would be melted by morning.
