That is a nice rda.I have the sxk and yftk versions, they are both nice, but the sxk is just a little better and it's cheaper,so that one is a win-win haha.probably pick up an sxk haku while I'm at it.
I LOVE those bowls, especially the left one.Since we've had fairly warmer weather the last few days,i've finally been able to stay out in the garage for a while without freezing haha,so i finally got to start playing around with making some new stuff on the lathe. Here are my first ventures into stuff other than pens.
The bowl and cup on the left are both wood from a tree that fell in my back yard, not sure what kind of wood it is,but it has great color, and laying on the ground for a long time gave it some nice dark spalting,i have enough of this wood to make probably 50 more haha. The other 2 are black walnut and cherry.

Thanks. That was my first one i made.I've been trying to figure out the type of wood it is,i originally thought it was probably oak,but looking at pictures of different woods,i kinda think it might be Hackberry.I LOVE those bowls, especially the left one.
I've wondered about those. I bought one in 2003 that I saw advertised on tv. It was really hard to get the dust bin off, and not all that well made, but man that thing would suck up dust from the neighbor's house!! Now they have really come a long way, and the videos on their infomercials about it being completely sealed are amazing. I do wish they'd do one with a roller like the bissell pet hair one, where hair doesn't wrap around the beater bar. But it does seem overall like sharks are one of the best out there. Nice to hear from a couple few folks who actually use them that they are great. We had a hoover for ages, but I'm glad when it gave up the ghost and we switched to shark navigators at home and camp. No bags to change, the filters clean easily. (With multiple dogs we use two sets of filters, so we can swap whenever one is due for a cleaning.)
Often on sale at Lowe's.
good to hear there was a sighting. I don't do FB.......really hope you can get him to come back here. Give him our love.Oh, there was a @Kaezziel sighting on Facebook today!!!!!!!! He's doing well. We'll see if we can't coerce him back to the Krewe......
those are gorgeous! The bowl and cup on the left are both wood from a tree that fell in my back yard, not sure what kind of wood it is,but it has great color, and laying on the ground for a long time gave it some nice dark spalting,i have enough of this wood to make probably 50 more haha. The other 2 are black walnut and cherry.
kewlios!!! I did see a dolphin while out on the boat in Florida, and I'm certain he came over just to say hi to meHidee-ho Good Krewe!
Spent last week in FL with SO and our new digs. She's done an amazing amount of work to get it "livable". She's going to stay a few more weeks so this maniacal weather up here can get its meds regulated..... The Land of "Corn 'n' Cows" didn't get any snow, but about an hour+ south of here got upwards of 10". Still freaking cold here!!!!
Weather was o.k. - mostly cool temps (mid- to upper-60s and low 70s until I drove to the airport yesterday. Got up to 81) Thunderstorm on Tuesday. Even had tornado warnings

Did make it to the beach one day; took a boat tour another day (saw manatees and dolphins!!!!!) Cooked tuna and scallops on the grill one evening (PURE bliss for me!) Even won a few bucks at Bingo another evening!!! Put new flooring in the bathroom! A delightful week - hated to see it come to an end![]()
Felt really cruddy the ONE DAY I WAS SUPPOSED TO MEET UP with folks![]()

Nice work! You might want to google yarn bowls, if you want to make some money with those lovely bowls.Thanks.I finally found out the 2 on the left are oak.I had no idea what type of tree it was in my yard, but i went out to look at and found hundreds of acorns that fell off it,so now i know haha.I just got home a few minutes from picking up a whole truck load of free Cherry,so i have lots of wood to practice on now haha.

I am totally hooked on your coffees at this point! It's looking like the pulse 80w is still on track for shipping around 15 April, using the VV chip.
They're doing one last round of user interface updates (compared to a version Tony B already has).
Price, with shipping but without the refill bottle, looks to be about $62 in the US, $46 from China. I'll stay with my overseas order, probably pick up an sxk haku while I'm at it.
I've got some Panama Finca San Teresa beans on the way. I've had them before, pretty enjoyable IIRC.
Taxes are almost done [emoji5]
I have a set of Sennheiser FM Reciever wireless for my tv. The sound is great. They have the foam earpads. Love 'em! My tv is mounted on the wall shared with the neighboring apartment occupied by the complex manager, so I use them later at night or when watching something really noisy.Totally random, trying to pick up a decent set of BT headphones with noise canceling. I can't decide between the Sennheiser HD 4.50 BTNC and the Damson Headspace. The Sennheiser sound like they might be slightly better sounding, the same or slightly better on noise, but are supposed to be warm (poor ventilation). The Damson are from a new shop, supposed to have excellent build quality; some reviews indicate excellent noise canceling while others say not that good, likewise on sound quality.
Ordinary use would be in the office, also used for travel and at camp when mowing the lawn.
Price point would be the same.
