kayfun 3.1 HELP

hey guys.. need some help here.. well the 2 piece deck with screw's,the bigger piece that has the air hole and one screw is loose it shimmy's back and fourth alittle bit.. i just need some help on how to tighten it,if possible. it looks like it has to come off because there is a insulator under it sticking out some..

well i think i just found a vid from cloud 9 vaping on youtube.. answered my own question!! lol
