Kayfun Clone upgrade

Okay, so I bought a couple of clones on the cheap (2 for $50) and had nothing but problems with them, mostly leaking issues. I purchased the fat daddys replacement kit and installed it one of them. Today I filled up the one without the FD parts and it leaked the whole tank on my device before I caught it, it was very quick after I vaped it. I was going to throw in the trash and forget about it.

I filled up the other one with the FD parts and no problems. So just a heads up that the FD replacements parts might be worth it if you have a crappy clone. I'll be ordering another one instead of throwing it away.

BTW: I top filled both and the coils are about the same (1.5 ohms).

If you have one of these it might be worth 10 bucks to fix or maybe not.

Might be how you fill up, have you tried using the fill port?

Are you talking about the "rebuild/overhaul kit"?

Yes, the rebuild kit. In regards to filling the tank, I filled from the bottom, top, sideways, and upside down.

The rebuild kit is to replace parts that have worn, it's not some kind of upgrade kit that will turn a crappily made clone in to a stellar performer.

If your Kayfun is leaking that bad, it's a good bet it's because you're somehow not respecting the vacuum.
